Our Founder & CEO

Leon Hardwick

Leon has spent over twenty years in B2B (Enterprise) Sales Management, Business Development, and Key Account Management roles within the technology sector. Before he founded Handshakr, Leon was part of the management team and board of directors at SpatialBuzz, heading up global sales and marketing. He helped to launch the business and grew it to become a leading player in its space. 

Holding regional, national, and global roles, Leon has sold complex software solutions, as well as services, and hardware products for the likes of Norconsult Telematics, Arieso, and Aircom International, producing significant results. Having lived and breathed the challenge of selling to large enterprises, Leon knew the difficulties his contacts faced when they worked with new partners. 

The solution? Handshakr. 

Based in Miskin (RCT) Wales, Leon is a husband to Vanessa and father to Morgan, Maisy, and Maddox. He’s also a mini-rugby coach and referee, a wannabe CrossFit athlete and a big wave surfer.

We've built an advisory team with 100 years of experience but most significantly, they have all experienced the challenge we are solving first-hand.
